Beginner Mixed Martial Arts

We have dedicated beginner classes running every Monday and Thursday at 7pm in Point Blank Gym. These classes focus on the fundamentals of MMA –  Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling and kickboxing. No previous experience is required and new members are welcome all the time. These classes are suitable for teenagers and adults, regardless of your current fitness level. You don’t need to be fit to join; getting you in shape is our job!
